Enjoyable breakfast for all tastes with cooked foods including full Scottish and hot options, for instance. Absolutely excellent staff and attention to detail. 5 minutes walking from the but station.

The service was impeccable, with the owner going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and plenty of amenities such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location suited us perfectly, allowing us to easily travel to both Edinburgh and Glasgow. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We stayed here for business trip, everything was excellent and it was in the perfect and particularly good location to the highlands. Location: the hotel was really close to local eateries, sweet Very quiet and good local restaurant's within easy walking distance, and the gated Leisure Centre.

The hotel had a perfect and quiet location to pick me up from the town centre. The superior twin room was a good size and nicely furnished with a comfortable bed, WiFi, for instance. Tea/coffee making equipment and glassware were an advantage.

Great stay! We were warmly welcomed by the owner and treated like family. the homemade scones and beverages brought to our room were a special touch. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. the location was convenient and close to key attractions. We also enjoyed the cozy and warm comforter on the bed.
There were no negative aspects of our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations.
